Refund policy

We want you and your dog to love Loopre. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't arrive within 35 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@loopre.store with your order number and a photo of the issue — we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery window closing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
